PRINCIPLES OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN WILZING S.R.O.
We regard privacy and personal data as our primary duty. This document provides basic information on the processing of personal data and an overview of the main principles of processing and protecting personal data at Wilzing s.r.o.

2. Why, on what basis and for how long do you process personal data?
We process your personal information:
a) without your consent in the process of conclusion and performance of the contract, in the fulfillment of our legal obligations or in our legitimate interest;
b) based on your consent.

2.2 Make a reservation at https://www.campingfrymburk.cz
In order to make a reservation through our website, we process the personal data you provided to us in the booking, namely the personal data you are required to fill and without which we could not make the reservation at all (name, surname, date of birth, address, gender, number, e-mail, total number of people whether they are children under 2, from 2 to 11 years, 12 to 17 years of age, or persons over 18 years of age, subject of reservation, arrival date and date of departure) and others voluntarily provided data that will already be included in the reservation will expedite your check-in on arrival at the campsite (car license plates, identification data of other persons, caravan / caravan dimensions, big tent, preferred parcel number / accommodation, discount, tent, pets, information mentioned in the notes, where you learned about our camp). The legal basis for this processing of personal data is the conclusion of the contract. In the event of a failure to stay, personal data provided to us in the reservation is not retained and is erased.
2.3 Conclusion and performance of the contract
For the purpose of concluding a contract and fulfilling it, ie providing our services, we process your personal data that is necessary for the proper provision of our services (in the scope above, please see the booking). We will also perform billing of our services and invoicing as part of the contract, we will process the cost data for the services provided. In concluding and fulfilling the contract, we can exchange communication with your requirements, apply and handle complaints, etc. The legal basis for all this processing of personal data is the conclusion and performance of the contract.
If you sign a contract with us as a legal representative, we process your personal data for the same purpose on the basis of our legitimate interest in concluding and fulfilling the contract with the person you represent.
For this purpose, we process personal data for the duration of the contract and for the settlement of any complaints. However, we may retain your personal information for the purposes of our legal obligations or our legitimate interest. For more details about this processing, please read below.
2.4 Compliance with legal obligations
2.4.1 Keeping a Book of Records
When providing accommodation services, we are obliged to process and store personal data for the purpose of keeping the so-called book of records in accordance with the Local Taxation Act, to the extent of the name and surname of the guest, the address of the permanent residence or permanent residence abroad, the ID card or the travel document , time of accommodation, the purpose of the stay, all for 6 (six) years.
2.4.2 Keeping a housebook
When providing accommodation services to aliens, we are required by the Aliens Act to keep personal data kept in so-called house books, including the name and surname of the alien, date of birth, nationality, permanent residence abroad, travel document number, visa no, start and end of accommodation for a period of 6 (six) years.
2.4.3 Preservation of invoices and documents for accounting, fulfillment of legal obligations under the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act
Legal regulations require us to store at least the identification and contact details and data on the services provided. Invoices issued by Wilzing s.r.o. are in compliance with the Value Added Tax Act for 10 (ten) years from their issue. We are required to substantiate the legal reason for the issue of invoices and therefore, for a period of 10 (ten) years from their termination, we also archive the relevant supporting documents.
2.5 Processing based on our legitimate interest
2.5.1 Internal evidence and control, protection of legal claims
If you make a reservation or contract with us, we will keep your personal information within the scope of this reservation or contract based on our legitimate interest in order to protect our legal claims and our internal records and controls. Our legitimate interests include the protection of legal claims and the control of the proper provision of our services.
In order to protect legal claims and our internal records and controls, we process your personal data for the duration of the limitation period, ie for a period of three (three) years, and for a further one (1) year after the expiration of the limitation period, at the very end of the limitation period. In the event of legal, administrative or other proceedings, we process your personal data to the extent necessary for the duration of such proceedings and the remainder of the limitation period after termination. Against such processing carried out on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object.
2.5.2 Camera system
Within our premises, cameras are recorded for security reasons. The legal basis for this processing of personal data is our legitimate interest in protecting our property, protecting our clients’ assets, protecting the life and health of our employees, or our clients. The camera records are kept for 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase. In the event of an incident being recorded, the records are kept for the necessary time. Against processing based on our legitimate interest, you have the right to object.
2.5.3 Photos of the camp and the course of activities
We can take bulk photos of certain activities related to the camp’s operation. From these photos, it is not possible to identify easily and unambiguously what people are captured on them. We process such photographs for our marketing purposes based on our legitimate interest, we may use them on our website or on the facebook page. Against processing based on our legitimate interest you may object at any time (see below).
2.6 Consent-based processing – Photographs for our marketing purposes
In addition to the above, we process photos from which it is possible to easily and unequivocally identify who they are captured in order to place them on our site or our facebook pages. We do so only for those who have agreed to acquire and distribute these photos for our marketing purposes for as long as the consent has been given or until they have been replaced by others.
3. What personal data do you process?
As part of our activity, we process the following categories of personal data:
● Identification data: Name, surname, date of birth, address, gender, license number, ID card or travel document, or visa number, foreign citizenship.
● contact details: Telephone number, e-mail address.
● Details of other guests: The total number of people you occupied, their age category, and the data necessary to fulfill our statutory duties when keeping a record and house book.
● details of required or used services: Booking subject, caravan / caravan / large tent dimensions, preferred parcel / accommodation number, discount, tent, pets, type and scope of services provided, departure and arrival date, payments.
● Data that enables us to take care of our customers: Above all, our mutual communication and personal data resulting from this communication (written or electronic communication with customers).
● camera recordings: These are camera recordings from cameras located at the reception.

  1. Who do we pass on personal data?
    We carefully select the partners to whom we entrust your personal data and who are able to provide you with the technical and organizational security of your personal information so that unauthorized or accidental access or other misuse can occur. The company Wilzing s.r.o. passes personal data to the following processors:
    ● Google as a Google Analytics service provider.

The developer is a company based both in the Czech Republic and in a Member State of the European Union or so-called Safe States. The transfer and processing of personal data in countries outside the European Union is always in accordance with applicable legislation.
Furthermore, we are required to transfer some of your personal information to public authorities, solely for purposes and subject to the conditions set forth in a special legal regulation.

5. What do we do for the security of your personal information?
We have made all the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure adequate protection of the processed personal data, taking into account the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as to variously and potentially different risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals.
We apply a system of management and control procedures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to, modification, destruction or loss of data, unauthorized transmission, unauthorized processing, and other misuse of data.
All persons who come into contact with the personal data of customers or potential customers in the performance of their work or contracted obligations are bound by statutory or contractual obligations of confidentiality.
However, please note that no data transfer over the Internet or storage technologies can guarantee 100% security.

6. What are your rights to the processing of personal data?
In connection with the processing of personal data, you are entitled to all rights under the applicable legal regulations (from 25 May 2018, this is in particular the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection No. 2016/679, so-called GDPR). You have the following rights under this regulation:

● the right to withdraw consent to processing at any time;
● right to repair and replenishment;
● Right of cancellation;
● the right of access to personal data;
● Right to limit processing;
● the right to object;
● the right to portability;
● Right to file a complaint.

6.1 Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw consent to processing your personal information at any time. Revocation of consent is free of charge.

The withdrawal of consent does not change the fact that, until the withdrawal of the consent, the provided personal data were processed lawfully and in accordance with legal regulations. Revocation of consent does not affect the processing of personal data that we process under a legal basis other than consent (ie, if processing is necessary, for example, to fulfill the contract or fulfill a legal obligation, we will process your personal data further).

6.2 Correction and amendment rights

You can ask us to correct inaccurate data that concerns your person. Furthermore, you have the right to provide us with additional personal information if needed.
6.3 Right of Deletion
You may contact us with a request to delete your personal information. We do not need to delete your personal information, for example, if we need it to determine, exercise or defend our legal rights, or if the processing of such data is required by law. Such exceptions are more and you will find them all in Article 17 (3) of the GDPR.
6.4 Right of access
We will let you know if we are processing any personally identifiable information about you. And if so, we will let you know the purpose of such processing, the category of personal data concerned, the category of recipients, or the scheduled storage time. Provided that the rights and freedoms of others are not prejudiced, we will provide a copy of the personal data processed to you for free. However, we may charge a reasonable fee for additional copies corresponding to our administrative costs.

Please note that if you have a right to access personal information, we may require you to prove your identity to us in an appropriate manner to verify your identity. This is a precautionary security measure to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your personal data.

6.5 Right to limit processing

We will restrict the processing of your personal data at your request if:

● you believe that the data we process about you is inaccurate. We will limit such processing until we verify the accuracy of this personal data;
● processing is unlawful, but you refuse to erase personal information and instead ask for restrictions on its use;
● we will no longer need personal information for our purposes, but you will require them to identify, exercise or defend legal claims;
● for personal reasons (ie, for reasons arising from your specific situation), have raised a complaint against processing that we would base on our legitimate interest. We will then have to restrict such processing of personal data until it is verified that our legitimate interest outweighs your personal reasons (ie the reasons resulting from your particular situation).

In the case of processing restrictions, we may only use the following personal data:

6.6 What does this mean I have the right to object?
If, in a particular case, the processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest (ie not for processing under consent, for performance of the contract, etc.), you may, for reasons related to your particular situation, object to such processing . Unless we can demonstrate that our legitimate interest in specific processing outweighs your interests or rights and freedoms, we will terminate such processing.

You have the right to transfer personal data. If the processing is based on your consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract and is done automati- cally, you have the GDPR under Article 20 entitled to obtain personal data concerning you that you have provided us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. However, applications may not be granted if the exercise of this right could adversely affect the rights and freedoms of third parties.

6.8 Right to file a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

8. Change privacy policy
These Privacy Policy become effective on 24 May 2018. We are entitled to change these rules unilaterally. In this case, we are obliged to notify you of the change in advance
